  • Majority Of Americans Say Trump Unfit For Office

Black voters and women made the bulk of voters who believed Trump is unfit to be president. In 2010, respected public opinion polling analyst Nate Silver ranked the Quinnipiac University poll as most accurate among major polls conducting surveys in two states or more. Eighty-four percent of Republicans said he is fit while 14 percent said he is not.

The Quinnipiac University Poll found that 62 percent of voters disapproved of how Trump was handling race relations in America while 32 percent approved.

69% of voters also agreed that the President should stop using Twitter.

69% of voters want Trump to give up his Twitter account, which he has used in recent days to castigate professional athletes from the National Basketball Association and NFL, as well as his political opponents. White voters are evenly divided, African Americans say by an incredible 94-4 percent that he is not fit. And 57 percent disapprove of the job he is doing as president, while only 36 percent of respondents approve. But the party divide is stark: The poll found that 94 percent of Democrats think that Trump is not fit to serve, and 84 percent of Republicans believe he is. He has similarly directed personal attacks at veteran Senator John McCain, who has twice delivered fatal blows to Trump's hopes of undoing the signature legislative achievement of his predecessor's presidency. 57 percent of independent voters believed that Trump was not fit to be president.

The bad news filters down to Trump's party as well.

Trump has made a loud statement on Facebook
His campaign has said it spent some $70 million on Facebook ads, and it also ran a live Facebook show. However, now it is believed that between $3,000 and $100,000 of those ads are linked to this group.

The survey was taken as Senate Republicans launched a last-ditch and ultimately unsuccessful effort to repeal the Affordable Care Act with legislation that the Congressional Budget Office would leave millions of additional Americans without health care and cut Medicaid by billions of dollars. 59 - 37 percent say he is not honest; 60 - 38 percent that he does not have good leadership skills; 56 - 42 percent say he does not care about average Americans; 67 - 30 percent say he is not level headed; 61 - 36 percent say he does not share their values. The Quinnipiac poll, which surveyed 1,412 voters across the country, found that 51 percent of the Americans feel ashamed of the president.

"Wouldn't you love to see one of these National Football League owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, to say, 'Get that son of a b***h off the field right now", Trump said during a rally in Alabama. They get a disapproval margin of 63-29.

39 percent approve of Trump's performance on North Korea; 55 percent disapprove.

The poll has a margin of error of plus/minus 3.1 percentage points.
