Mueller's Russian Federation team reportedly seeks White House records on Trump actions

Mueller has asked for documents on Trump's reasons for firing former national security advisor Michael Flynn and ex-director of the FBI James Comey, theNew York Timesreported on Wednesday.
Mueller's office sent a document to the White House detailing 13 different areas investigators want more information about, according to the report.
Opponents of Mr Trump have claimed the firing of Mr Comey was an attempt to obstruct justice.
The Washington Postconfirmed the request had been made to the White House, and reported that Mueller had also requested that the White House turn over documents related to the Federal Bureau of Investigation interview of Flynn in January, days after Trump took office. He has also asked for any documents related to a meeting Trump held in the oval office with Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov the day after Comey was sacked. Additionally, they are looking at how the White House responded to a Trump Tower meeting between Donald Trump Jr and a Russian lawyer in June 2016.
Ty Cobb, Trump's lead lawyer handling the Russian Federation probe, has said he will turn over many of documents this week.
"What I can assure you is that we're fully cooperating with the special counsel, and we'll continue to do that", he said on "CBS This Morning". It is not clear whether Mueller has made separate document requests elsewhere to examine those subjects.
