The Cardinals' offense looked pretty very bad even with Johnson in the backfield.

Stafford threw three second-half touchdowns, and second-year safety Miles Killebrew put the finishing touches on a dominant second half for the Lions with the first pick-six of his career late in the fourth quarter that helped the Lions to a 35-23 win. And by the time Stafford's pass came close to Kenny Golladay, the Detroit Lions rookie had already beaten two Arizona Cardinals defensive backs and leapt in the air.

Detroit's defense forced four turnovers, one of which was brought back for a score, and two others the offense turned into touchdowns. Instead, Bethel got a running start towards the end zone as he happily picked off the pass to give Arizona an early 7-0 lead.

Another good sign? Golladay shook off a tough first half before taking over. Stafford had a strong fantasy day (29-of-41, 292 yards, four touchdowns) and the beneficiaries were Tate and Golladay - with Golladay becoming an emerging star.

Mostly sunny, slightly warmer Sunday
Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with periods of rain throughout the day, but temperatures will be in the low 80s. The storm looks like it will also severely impact Georgia and SC early next week before turning inland.

Well, those lucky enough to select Johnson probably high up in their respective drafts were panicking as much as Arizona fans were as their Cardinals found themselves in an ugly battle with the Lions on Sunday.

Johnson was held in check Sunday, finishing with just 23 yards on 11 carries.

Detroit also failed on special teams. He was replaced on kickoff returns in the second half by Agnew. Their punter, Kasey Redfern dropped a ball deep in their own end zone and instead of pooch punting, made a decision to run it out and was hit and knocked out of the game.

His first touchdown, a 10-yarder, displayed the 6-foot-4, 213-pound receiver's catch radius and leaping ability.
