In response to the white supremacist march in Charlottesville over the weekend, the former President quoted perhaps the greatest statesman ever - Nelson Mandela.

So far, Obama's initial tweet has hit 2.5 million likes and has been retweeted over 1 million times.

On Saturday, Obama tweeted a quote from Nelson Mandela.
