  • WFTVA vigil was held in Orlando Fla. Aug. 8 2017 for a 3-year-old boy who was found dead in a van outside a daycare center

He allegedly had been forgotten about by the driver, an employee of Little Miracles Academy, and had spent almost 12 hours in the vehicle, WESH2 reports.

Earlier Thursday, officials with the Department of Children and Families confirmed to News 6 that St. Charles was not approved as a driver on the facility's roster.

The driver of the said van will possibly face charges over the boy's death. Temperatures hit 93 degrees on Monday. Thornton said she does not want anyone of the Hill family to get mad at her because she loved the boy noting that she took care of him since he was a baby, Orlando Sentinel shared.

Mina said the death of the toddler could have been prevented.

The Florida Department of Children and Families on Wednesday issued an emergency suspension order to close two locations of the Little Miracles Academy.

It was not clear who is representing St. Charles in the case.

Responsibility for the attacks Israel has traditionally imposes on the ruling in the enclave's Islamist movement Hamas. Last month, a rocket from Gaza landed in an open area in the Sha'ar Hanegev Regional Council.

Reports said that after the employee dropped the other kids off to the second location, the employee went back to the first location, which is the parking lot of Little Miracles Academy.

On Friday, a judge set St. Charles's bail at $30,000 and ruled that if released on bond, she could not work for a child-care center or have unsupervised contact with children, according to CBS affiliate WKMG.

The affidavit said St. Charles did not follow Florida Administrative Code for child care facilities, including reporting in a driver's log that each child, by name, has left the vehicle.

"While on the phone, the suspect opened the driver's side sliding door and grabbed some personal property from the floor behind the center console and locked the van without inspecting the interior", according to the affidavit.

On Tuesday, the Orlando Police Department executed a search warrant on the day care's Plymouth Avenue location and obtained the logs, which did not comply with the standards required by the state of Florida, the affidavit states. Hill died from hyperthermia due to environmental exposure, authorities said, and the manner of death was listed as an accident. By noon, the inside of the van had increased to 133 degrees, and by 3 p.m., it had increased to about 144 degrees. We are conducting a thorough investigation and are assisting law enforcement with their criminal investigation. In March of this year, the facility failed to properly monitor children during nap time, safely store medication out of children's reach, and keep proper attendance records of children during fire drills.

Police said the child was supposed to have been dropped off in the morning at another Little Miracles Academy day care center instead of the location he was taken to. Employees then told the family that they did not see Hill at all at the day care center.
