Tammy Abraham says has signed a new five year contract at Chelsea.

The striker impressed on loan at Bristol City last season bagging 23 goals in 40 league starts. It is likely that Swansea's manager, Paul Clement, played a big part in securing Abraham given his former assistant-manager role at Chelsea under Carlo Ancelotti.

Swansea City have officially confirmed the loan signing of Chelsea starlet Tammy Abraham ahead of the 2017/18 Premier League campaign. "Hopefully I can do the same at Swansea", he told the club's official website.
