The Mass Effect series' future has been up in the air ever since Electronic Arts made a decision to restructure Mass Effect: Andromeda developer BioWare Montreal, but now we know that we won't be getting any additional single-player content from the series any time soon.

Mass Effect Andromeda launched earlier this year with mixed reception from both players and critics.

There were rumors back in May that the series had been put on indefinite hold and Bioware employees transferred to new projects.

Fans had expected a similar approach for Mass Effect: Andromeda, but mediocre reviews and animation memes have steered the series in an unfortunate new direction. Unfortunately, he also restated Bioware's continued stance that it isn't now discussing Andromeda's future DLC plans.

Weather conditions aid firefighters in Arizona
Spencer Cox toured the fire's perimeter in a Blackhawk helicopter and spoke with reporters afterward at the Brian Head resort. Earlier in the evening, the department said almost 400 firefighters by ground and air were working to contain the fire.

There are even Redditors who have begun to speculate about what the new DLC coming to "Mass Effect: Andromeda" could be about, with some suggesting that it may be time for the Quarians. But I wanted to be more confident, so over the past few weeks I've confirmed the news with three sources familiar with the company's plans, all of whom spoke anonymously so as not to jeopardize their careers.

Developer BioWare has been forced to dismiss rumours of a cancellation of Mass Effect: Andromeda's DLC.

It's disappointing, but the really frustrating thing for Mass Effect fans right now is that BioWare and EA still refuse to talk about it.

Yesterday, a widely circulated Facebook post from a group claiming to be called Sinclair Networks said that it had been working on Andromeda's DLC until BioWare cancelled it. The information comes from a now deleted post on Facebook by Sinclair Networks.
