Warriors fans celebrate, with expectations of more to come

The Golden State Warriors twirled T-shirts over their heads and waved to the crowd from atop double-decker buses as blue and yellow confetti rained down on them during a parade Thursday to celebrate the team's latest championship.
For Stephen Curry and the rest of the returning Warriors, it was redemption for last year's upset loss to Cleveland in the Finals.
After being labelled all season as one of the greatest teams ever assembled, they fulfilled their destiny and bulldozed every team that stood in their way, finishing with a 4-1 demolition of the LeBron James-led Cleveland Cavaliers.
The jubilant players hoisted the Larry O'Brien Trophy and gave high fives to their fans as confetti filled the air.
Following Trump's electoral win in November, much of the dismay expressed in the sports world came from National Basketball Association coaches, including Golden State's Steve Kerr, and players.
As for the Golden State, it's quite obvious that for the team to preserve their winning tradition management will need to be willing to pay the price.

During the parade Green attempted to troll the Cavs by wearing a shirt that said "Quickie" across the front with the image of the Q taken from the logo used by the Cavs and Quicken Loans Arena.
Green also told reporters that James was the one who started the concept of a super team and he has no right to say that he has never joined and organized one.
James teamed up with All-Stars Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh on the Miami Heat to win his first championship in 2012.
