In a freakish development, cell phone of an Indian diplomat, who went to Islamabad High Court to file writ petition, was seized by Pakistani officials on Friday.

Uzma, who is staying in the Indian mission in Islamabad, has said she will only leave the High Commission after she gets an assurance of a safe passage to India.

The official snapped three photos inside the court, including a picture of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, during the hearing.

He was let off only after he offered verbal and written apologies.

However, later he issued a written apology which was accepted by the court, with a warned not to repeat the act.

"I fully apologise for the attempt of using mobile in court by mistake. It is requested that I may kindly be pardoned for this", said Singh, in his apology statement.

North Korea accuses US, South Korea of assassination attempt
It comes after reclusive North Korea warned this week that U.S. . hostility had brought the region to the brink of nuclear war. Trump even ordered two major attacks in Syria and Afghanistan last month, both of them viewed as stern warnings to the North.

He has prayed the court to declare that he and his wife are legally husband and wife, having all rights and duties toward each other, and can not be denied access to each other on any pretext.

The petitioner, Ali, a resident of Buner moved the petition through his counsel Fazal Ilahi Advocate and nominated federation of Pakistan through secretary interior, secretary foreign affairs, High Commission of India through Indian High Commissioner and Uzma as respondents. She also recorded her statement before magistrate Haider Ali Shah.

All the process took place with the consent and willingness of Uzma, he said, adding that marriage documents were also signed by the couple and witnesses. On May 1, he said, she arrived at the Wagah border, where the petitioner received her and took her to his hometown. "He even stole my passport and travelling documents", she said.

Yesterday, the Pakistan Prime Minister's adviser on foreign affairs, Sartaj Aziz, had said Uzma would be sent back as soon as the legal issues were resolved. "I have requested the High Court to arrange a meeting with Uzma in a free environment", he told reporters.

He said he had urged the court to pass an order barring Uzma from leaving Pakistan until the legal issues were resolved. The High Commission has been providing necessary consular assistance to her and was in touch with the Pakistan Foreign Office on the matter and the girl's family in India.
