Samsung Galaxy S8 Review: An Android masterpiece, but it's not without flaws

As you may know, the current version of Bixby in the USA is very underwhelming, not almost complete when compared to what was detailed at Samsung's press event for the Galaxy S8.

Reddit users have also confirmed the rollout, with several Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus owners saying the update has rid their devices of red tint display issues.

Though the Galaxy S8 duo officially landed with much hype around the world, they did so with an incomplete version of the feature that Samsung made such a big deal out of: Samsung's virtual assistant, Bixby. But it looks like Samsung wants to try out it first on the upcoming C series handset before the Note 8.

The Indian variant of the Galaxy S8 and S8+ comes with Exynos 8895 chipset which is an Octa-Core processor clocked at 2.3 GHz.

In fact, upgrading to a 4k panel also makes more sense as it would improve Samsung's VR experience.

Trade order, campaign rally on Trump's 100th day
At least a half-dozen protesters were escorted from the arena by police officers and men wearing "Bikers for Trump" T-shirts. Kosyk, 54, said she's worked as a pharmacist for the last 18 years at an Express Scripts location in Trevose, Pennsylvania.

But according to a post shared on XDA Developers, the latest Galaxy S8 firmware update pushed-out by Samsung shuts down the ability to remap the Bixby button. The device is coupled to have a 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can then be expanded up to 256GB using a microSD card slot.

Before the S8 came to life, many were adamant that the handset will fight off tough competition from the iPhone 7 Plus, LG G6, Huawei P10 Plus and a bunch of other phones by being the first Sammy device to ship with a dual-lens camera. It supports fast-charging, wireless charging, and battery saving modes. At that point, the market will likely be filled with smartphones packing full-face displays, complete with in-display fingerprint sensors powered by Synaptics' technology (and potentially others', too).

Apple iPhone 8 has connectivity including Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, hotspot, Bluetooth 4.2, A2DP, LE, GPS, Glonass, and USB 3.0. It will also feature Apple Pay. With this feature, Bixby can stand equal with Siri, Cortana, and Alexa.

"An algorithm to prevent burn-ins is already equipped", a Samsung spokesman based in Seoul, reported The Korea Herald.

The Samsung has promised the release of voice control support in the U.S. and other regions in the Spring Release. But, as Samsung has a habit of making a move earlier than Apple, the launch of Note 8 would certainly come before next iPhones - meaning, it could show up anytime, either August or September.
