All the talk at the end of the season in Green Bay was how Cook was the team's top free agent and that re-signing him to a long-term contract should have been the top priority. The former Titans, Rams, and Packers tight end will join the Silver and Black on a two-year contract that is worth up to $12.2 million, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Cook actually struggled during the regular season previous year, but he picked up the pace during the playoffs. Rapoport calls this a "huge addition", and apparently that means the type of player who had 30 catches for 377 yards previous year. He's probably best known for his impressive sideline catch of an Aaron Rodgers pass that set up the Packers game-winning field goal in their 34-31 win over the Dallas Cowboys in a divisional playoff game.

In 2016, his only season with the Packers, Cook had 30 receptions for 377 yards and just one touchdown.

More than 320000 dead in six years of Syria war: monitor
The Trump administration is significantly increasing the number of US personnel inside Syria to support the assault. Their current focus is to encircle and ultimately capture Raqqa - Islamic State's base of operations in Syria.

Fantasy Impact After one season in Green Bay, Cook is expected to move on to the Raiders on an undisclosed deal. Oakland now has five tight ends on the books for next season. He is the third offensive player added to the roster, joining tackle Marshall Newhouse and wide reciever and return specialist Cordarrelle Patterson. Oakland could have another hole at running back after starter Latavius Murray left to sign with Minnesota.

For now, the Jared Cook free agency tour continues. Oakland is also meeting this week with free agent linebacker Zach Brown, a second person familiar with those plans said on condition of anonymity because the visit was not announced.
