"The anonymous bomb threat to the Anti-Defamation League's national headquarters this morning is unacceptable, un-American and - disturbingly - increasingly common", Gov. Andrew Cuomo said.

Jewish Community Centers around the country have been the targets of a number of scares recently, with 48 JCCs receiving threats during January, according to reports.

"While there is no information at this time to indicate that this is more than a threat, we are taking it very seriously", he stressed.

Posner said in a statement on Tuesday, "As always, safety is our top priority, and we are continuously impressed with the JCC professionals on the ground who are relying on established best practices and strong relationships with law enforcement agencies to ensure the well-being of all who use and benefit from their facilities".

The phoned-in threat to the ADL office came days after national chairman Jonathan Greenblatt criticized President Donald Trump for neglecting to condemn the threats against the community centers.

Far-right Le Pen refuses headscarf to meet Lebanese mufti
Le Pen, who is now on a visit to Beirut, made this statement following her meeting with Lebanon's Prime Minister Saad Hariri. Critics say that her anti-immigrant, anti-EU stance is cover for an islamophobic and xenophobic agenda.

We've been hearing about a new wave of anti-Semitic incidents.

Greenblatt said the incident won't deter the ADL's mission to combat anti-Semitism and "hate against people of all races and religions". Some of the centers targeted are located in Albany, Buffalo, New York City and Syracuse.

The president said that the museum was "a meaningful reminder" of why America needs to fight "bigotry, intolerance and hatred in all of its very ugly forms".

On Tuesday, the ADL called for Attorney General Jeff Sessions to open an investigation into bomb threats targeting Jewish institutions. "We stand with all Jewish people here in NY and across the country to say loud and clear - enough is enough".
